WHO ARE WE The Full Moon Paranormal Society is a small group of paranormal investigators. We work mostly in Missouri to the west and southwest of St. Louis. At the present time we have four members. All four of the members are either past or present employees of Six Flags Theme Park. This works real well because many believe that this is the most haunted theme park in North America.
All of our present members are past or present employees of Six Flags St. Louis Theme Park. The Six Flags Corporation, Six Flags St. Louis Theme Park amd Six Flags Management have no connection to this Web Site. They neither approve or disapprove of this site. We sometimes submit copies of articles to them for their comment. They have some reservations about some subjects and we as a matter of courtesy try to address their concerns.
The four members are part of three generations of the same family. The members of this family have had paranormal experiences starting in the middle to late 1940s. The family lived together in a large house in New Haven Missouri where paranormal activity occurred regularly. All of the members of the FMPS have had what appeared to be paranormal experiences at Six Flags St. Louis.
This is the reason that although we do investigate at other locations, we have an ongoing low key investigation at Six Flags St. Louis. All of the FMPS members are open minded with a healthy amount of skepticism. We work very hard to find alternate explanations for any evidence that we collect. This has resulted in us disregarding some very good evidence because we have found alternate explanations that throw some doubt on the evidence.

If FMPS does an investigation for you this is what we do:
The first thing we do is interview you and anyone else that is involved and is willing to be interviewed. We will try and establish what types of paranormal activity appear to be taking place and who if any person is being singled out by the activity.
We will sign documents to protect FMPS and you from responsibility do to any accidents that may occur during the investigation. Individual members of FMPS are responsible for any damage that may occur because of any action of theirs that you did not specifically authorize.
Hi, I'm Stephanie Brown (Stef), a lead investigator for Full Moon Paranormal Society. I guess I have always been interested in what happens after we pass on. I grew up hearing stories of the paranormal but never really experienced anything until I was 16.
If you answer yes to one or more of the following question then we might be able to help.
Do you hear unexplained sounds such as footsteps or bangs?
Do you hear voices when no one is speaking?
Do you see apparitions?
These can be full or partial figures either solid or transparent.
Do you feel as if you are being watched?
Do you feel an evil presence?
Do you feel a friendly presence or even a loving presence?
Are objects moved?
Are doors opened or closed?
Do animals seem to watch something moving that you don’t see?
Are small children bothered by an unseen entity?
Do children report playing with someone that you don’t see? This may be hard to distinguished from an invisible friend that many children have at some time in their lives.
OUR MISSION The Full Moon Paranormal Society provides a comprehensive approach to paranormal investigations. Using historical research, thorough witness interviews, the latest sensor and photographic technology, a diverse background of scientific knowledge, and investigative patience, our investigators seek to understand the nature of the reported paranormal activity, as well as the causes. Our mission is to gather evidence, whether that evidence points to a natural or paranormal cause, because our only purpose is to find the truth. Our services are always free-of-charge.
This equipment is what is presently, (March 11, 2010, ) owned and carried by the Tech Manager. Some of the FMPS members also have their own equipment such as Digital Cameras and Digital Voice Recorders. All battery powered equipment has at least one rechargeable battery and extra AA, AAA, 9 volt, C, D and CR2032 batteries are carried for the equipment that use them. Remember that batteries can mysteriously become drained when there is paranormal activity in the area.
